RESOLUTION NO. 2022-XXX
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON, CALIFORNIA, REPEALING A PORTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 6666 PERTAINING TO NO STOPPING ANYTIME ROSECRAS AVENUE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
City Council repeals that the portion of “No Stopping Anytime” parking restriction on the south side of Rosecrans Avenue, from 310 feet west of Sunny Ridge Drive westerly to the west city limits, in the City of Fullerton as established by resolution.
The portion of Resolution No. 6666, adopted May 20, 1980, in conflict with said resolution shall no longer have force or effect.
The City Traffic Engineer shall remove any signs prohibiting stopping of vehicles at said place.
