RESOLUTION NO. 2022-XXX
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FULLERTON, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING “NO PARKING
STUDENT LOADING / UNLOADING” ON THE SOUTH
SIDE OF OLIVE AVENUE WE ST OF CITRUS AVENUE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
1. City Council designates the south side of Olive Avenue from 65-f eet west of Citrus Avenue to 365-feet west of Citrus Avenue, as shown in Exhibit A, as “No Parking Student Loading / Unloading” between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., non-school days exempt.
2. City Council directs the City Engineer to install signing as requir ed by law giving notice of said restriction.
3. The City will remove that 265-feet of yellow curb on the south side of Olive Avenue adjacent to Nicolas Jr. High School, designated as 20-minute loading / unloading, and in conflict with this resolution, in its entirety.
