I received your letter requesting the extension of the current operations agreement between the City Council and the Fullerton Museum Center Association. Pursuant to the contract approved by City Council in 2004, the Board of Trustees has met all of the obligations required for the 10-year extension. Your contract will be extended until July 1, 2024. At the conclusion of your option period, July 1, 2024 the Board of Trustees will have the option to negotiate a new operations agreement with the City Council.
It has been a pleasure working with you and your Board. I look forward to the next ten years.
