RE: Fire Department Command Staff Consolidation Cooperative Agreement Dear Mr. Collier:
At its March 23, 2022 meeting, the Brea City Council unanimously voted to terminate the January 1, 2020 Cooperative Agreement Between the Cities of Brea and Fullerton for Consolidation of Fire Department Command Staff ("Agreement") effective June 30, 2022. This termination date was set based on the discussions Brea and Fullerton staff have had recently about the time needed to unwind the Agreement in a manner that does not detrimentally impact either city. In accordance with Section 2 of the Agreement, please sign below and return a copy of this letter to memorialize Fullerton's concurrence with this termination date.
