The project will address pavement conditions on approximately 1.55 miles of residential street, plus replacement of deteriorated curb, gutters, sidewalk, cross gutters and spandrel as well as the installation of accessible access ramps. The project will comprise four areas within the southwest area of the City. See Attachment 2 for project limits.

The street pavement treatment will involve installation of Type II slurry seal over a 3/8” asphalt rubber and aggregate membrane (ARAM). The treatment typically addresses varying pavement condition, however, the project will repair areas of severely damaged pavement prior to the application of the ARAM and slurry seal.
