FY 2022-23 AMENDING FEES AND CHARGESPARKS & RECREATION POLICY STATEMENT AND FEE SCHEDULE 1 Parks and Recreation Policy & Fee Changes
Includes administrative changes in Parks & Recreation: leasing of neighborhood centers, City’s standard insurance policy, Council approved Athletic Field Use and Allocation Policy, staffing fee, and security guard fee Contract Classes: change in the percentage of revenue split to be consistent with other cities – page 3 Private outdoor classes: new fee for classes not provided or contracted with City in a park – page 3 Camp Hillcrest: increase of $10 per week from $140 to $150 for 6-hour day and $200 to $210 for full day – page 4 Adlena Park Pavilion: increase of $15 per hour to be consistent with other park pavilions – page 10 A fee increase in Parks and Recreation staff hourly rate, security guard hourly rate and security deposit for rentals at Hillcrest Terrace – page 13 Fullerton Community Center private rentals: fee increases to meet demand for block rates, event packages, gymnasium, chair rentals for – pages 17-18 2 Recommendation
Upon conclusion of the Public Hearing, it is recommended that the City Council approve and adopt the following resolution:
