RESOLUTION NO. 2022-XXX
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FULLERTON, CALIFORNIA, RESCINDING THE
“EARLY MORNING PARKING” RESTRICTION ON BOTH
SIDES OF BEVERLY DRIV E B ETWEEN MALVERN
AVENUE AND BUENA VISTA DRIVE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
1. City Council declar es both sides of Beverly Drive, between M alvern Avenue and Buena Vista Drive in the City of Fullerton, as shown in Exhibit “A”, exempted from the prohibition of Fullerton Municipal Code Section
8.44.080.
2. City Council directs the City Engineer is hereby directed to install legible signing as required by law giving notice of exceptions at the locations.
3. When the City has placed signs giving notice of exceptions, the Fullerton Municipal Code Section 8.44.080 provisions shall not be in force.
