The City was aware that I was going to speak on item 2 concerning sb9. I sent HCD/Temple City letter via email to Fullerton weeks ago and said I would bring up the density violation in the proposed ordinance at the council meeting.
Mayor Jung always asks about if anyone is on Zoom and he skipped over that for a hurried vote. I had a right to speak and you took away my right. My hand was raised. Please keep a copy of the zoom record as the DA should see this blatant brown act violation. This was an unbelievable violation and the sb9 ordinance should be tossed out.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND ILLEGAL.
