RESOLUTION NO. 2022-XXX
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FULLE RTON, CALIFORNIA, RESCINDING THE “EARLY MORNING PARKING”
RESTRICTION ON BOTH SIDES OF THE 200 BLOCK OF EAST ROSSLYNN
AVENUE BETWEEN POMONA AV ENUE AND ITS EASTERLY TERMINUS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON RESOLVES A S FOLLOWS:
1. City Council declar es both sides of the 200 Bloc k of Ea st Rosslynn Avenue, between Pomona Avenue and its easterly terminus, in the City of Fullerton as shown in Exhibit “ A”, exempted from the Fullerton Municipal Code Section 8.44.080 prohibition.
2. City Council directs the City Engineer to ins tall legible signing as required by law giving notice of exceptions at the locations.
3. The provisions of Fullerton M unicipal Code Section 8.44.080 shall not be in force when the City has placed signs giving notice of exceptions, ADOPTED BY THE FULLERTON CITY COUNCIL ON SEPTEMBER 20, 2022. __________________________________
