SUMMARY
City Council annually reviews its Rules of Procedure and Decorum for City Council Meetings and considers adjustments to the Rules of Procedure for future City Council meetings.
RECOMMENDATION
Adopt Resolution No. 2023-XXX.

This represents an annual review of the City Council approved Rules of Procedure and Decorum.

DISCUSSION
City Council annually reviews its Rules of Procedure and Decorum for City Council Meetings and considers adjustments to the Rules of Procedure for future City Council meetings.
City Council adopted its most recent Rules of Procedure and Decorum with Resolution No. 2022-013 on February 1, 2022. The Rules of Procedure and Decorum clarify procedural rules for the conduct of City Council meetings in the following areas:
