RESOLUTION NO. 2023-XXX
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FULLERTON,
CALIFORNIA, RESCINDING THE “EARLY
MORNING PARKING” RESTRICTION ON BOTH SIDES OF
LOCUST DRIVE BETWEEN VALENCIA DRIVE AND OAK
AVENUE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
1. City Council declares both sides of Locust Drive, between Valencia Dr ive a nd Oak Avenue in the City of Fullerton, as shown in Exhibit “A”, exe
mpted from Fullerton Municipal Code Section 8.44.080 prohibitions.
2. City Council directs the City Engineer to install legible signing as required by law, giving notice of exceptions at the locations.
3. When the City has installed signs giving notice of exceptions, t he provisions of Fullerton Municipal Code Section 8.44.080 shall not be in force.
