OLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON,
CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING A DISABLED PERSON’S PARKING ZONE IN FRONT OF 124 EAST BROOKDALE AVENUE
THE CI
TY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
1. The property owner applied for Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) parki ng adjacent to their property.
2. The City reviewed the request, verified for compliance and confirmed the necessity of ADA parking.
3. The Transportation and Circulation Commission considered and approved the request on February 6, 2023.
4. That from hereon after, the City limits parking on the south side of Brookdale Avenue in front of 124 East Brookdale Avenue to parking of vehicles for disabled persons, as shown in Exhibit A attached.
5. City Council directs t he Public Works Director it install signs and blue-painted curb giving notic e of the restriction at said location.
6. The property
owner(s) shall notify the City to remove the restriction when no longer in use by residents at the address.
