SUBJECT: CITY COUNCIL MEETING START TIME
SUMMARY
Council Member Zahra requested, supported by Council Member Charles, a review of the City Council meeting start times during the February 21, 2023 City Council Meeting.
RECOMMENDATION
Consider meeting start time and direct staff to prepare resolution to adopt change in meeting start time at a future City Council meeting, if needed.

FISCAL IMPACT
No fiscal impact.
DISCUSSION
City Council adopted a resolution to change the City Council second session meeting start time to 5:30 p.m. on February 1, 2022. The first session start time remained at 4:00 p.m.
Staff has attached the resolution adopting the current meeting start times for reference.
This item requests City Council review meeting start times and provide direction to staff regarding any changes City Council would like to implement. If City Council directs any changes, staff will draft a resolution incorporating those changes for City Council adoption at a future meeting.
