The Project consists of the installation of a small treatment plant at an existing groundwater production well site for the treatment of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) contaminants. The plant consists of treatment vessels and appurtenances to treat well discharge. The site’s frontage to La Palma Avenue would be improved with a block wall and new landscaping to screen views onto the site. The proposed Project would occur within areas that were previously disturbed by well and pipeline installations at the site. The City of Fullerton is the beneficiary of this project and is the lead agency. Orange County Water District is the responsible agency.
