Unit prices are required for all bid items.
The Bidder shall total his/her bid. Unit prices shall prevail in case amount disagrees with extension.
Project shall be awarded on the Base Bid. If applicable, the City may elect to use Bid Alternates after award.
Changes to either Unit Price or Amount shall be striked-out and initialed.
Items of work not specifically listed shall be included in the bid prices for related work. For all work required and shown on the construction plans and specifications for which no specific bid item or price is listed in the bid schedule, it shall be understood that such work, equipment, labor, tools, and materials shall be provided as part of the listed bid items and no additional compensation will be paid therefor.
If the City determines that any of the unit bid prices are significantly unbalanced to the potential detriment of the City, the bid may be considered non-responsive.
