The amended agreement will provide Chief Dunn $12,750 in July 2023 and will then provide Chief Dunn with an annual $3,000 contribution for the remaining years of the agreement.
Increases Chief Dunn’s uniform allowance from $50 per pay period to $100 per pay period, effective July 2023.
Reflects reduced CalPERS cost-sharing amount for Chief Dunn, based on his current Employment Agreement language which is tied to the City’s CalPERS contract. Per the City’s CalPERS contract, this cost-sharing amount reduced from 6.357% to 2.029% after March 9, 2022.
