DECLARATION OF STEPHEN BISE,
1 CITY OF FULLERTON CITY ENGINEER
2 I, Stephen Bise hereby declare as follows:
3 1. I am over the age of 18 and am the City Engineer for the City of Fullerton. If called upon, 4 I could and would competently testify to the following facts. 5 2. I have reviewed the applicable records held by the city of Fullerton in regard to the 6 property identified in the staff report and conclude that that the property is a remnant and 7 former right-of-way. The remnant property has no address, no A.P.N., is not zoned, and 8 9 has no general plan designation.
10 3. In 1961, a portion of Lots 9 & 10 of the Stern Nicolas Subdivision was granted to the 11 City of Fullerton; likely due to the grade separation. At some point, the roadway was 12 realigned as part of the grade separation. The space to the north, which is the subject of 13 the resolution, is right-of-way where the old road used to be. 14 15 I declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the state of California that the 16 foregoing is true and correct.
