2. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
2.1 GENERAL

2.3 READINESS
Axo n works i n partnershi p wi th the a gency to determi ne readi ness by conducti ng functi onal t esti ng and an end- to -end s ys te m r e vie w . Th e A xon program manager and the a ge n cy proj ect manager work cl osel y together to pl an and execute readi ness scenari os.
A xon conduct s fu n ctio n a l a cceptance t esti ng v i a use cases approv ed by A xon and the a ge n cy.
A l l i ssues di scov ered duri ng and after t rai ni ng are entered i nto the service portal for triage and f ol l ow -up.
2.4 TRAINING
A xon works wi th the agency to i denti f y the agency trai ners recei v i ng i nstructi on on the A xon R ecords, Standards, and/or Di spatch products.
A xon prov i des a trai ni ng gui de that outl i nes the cov ered topi cs, i ntended audi ence, f aci l i ty needs, and durati on of the trai ni ng.
FORMAT

Training sessions are conducted in a n environment containing necessary configurations, forms, and workflows. Any additional training beyond the default method (Tier 1) is subject to adjustments in pricing. Contact your sales representative for more information.
It is the responsibility of the agency to deliver and update the training materials to include agency policies and procedures.
TIER 1: TRAIN THE TRAINER (DEFAULT)
A xon trai ns the agency ’ s recommended users ( no more than 12 dependi ng on the si ze of the agency ) i n f ul l sy stem functi onal i ty . T hi s i s ty pi cal l y the agency ’ s trai ners, or trai ni ng academy /F T O staf f. T he agency’ s trai ners are responsi bl e f or trai ni ng al l agency end users. A xon provides all traini ng materi als for successful trai ning and assi sts the agency ’ s trai ners i n creati ng the course and trai ni ng schedul e.
TIER 2: HYBRID TRAINING
Includes everything in Tier 1, and Axon trainers continue to support (on - site or remote) for an additional week to provide support to the agency trainers.
TIER 3: END USER TRAINING
Axo n trains all end users in role -specific system functionality on -site with instructor -led training facilitated by Axon trainers.
SCHEDULE:
The training plan contains an agreed -upon schedule that makes efficient use of time and resources to avoid undue staffing impacts on the agency. Training sessions occur after the User A cceptance Testing has been successfully completed and documented.

2.5 GO - LIVE

3. DATA CONVERSION
A xon i mpl ements a structured methodol ogy f or conv erti ng data f rom the agency ’ s l egacy sy stem to the product. T he agency i s responsi bl e f or prov i di ng A xon wi th extracted data i n a f ormat that can be used by A xon f or i mport. T he pref erred method f or del i v eri ng l egacy data to A xon i s b y usi ng the Mi crosoft Data Mi grati on A ssi stant . T he next best method i s f or the agency to send the data i n .bacpac f i l e f ormat to A xon. I f nei ther method i s av ai l abl e, a di rect query through the Mi crosof t Sel f Hosted I ntegrati on R unti me ( SHI R t) can be used.
A xon queri es the data to i denti f y compl eteness, mi ssi ng v al ues, and other measures of data i ntegri ty across records and prov i des the agency wi th detai l ed fi ndi ngs. T he agency may or may not el ect to process the data f urther to address compl eteness or may hav e A xon mov e f orward wi th the conv ersi on process.
T he data and operati onal experti se of the agency ’ s staf f are necessary f or questi ons that ari se. T hus, i t i s cri ti cal that a member of the agency ’ s team be av ai l abl e to support the data conv ersi on porti on of the project.
T hi s process i s consi dered compl ete once the l ast set of data has been conv erted and av ai l abl e wi thi n the product and the agency has conf i rmed v al i dati on of the conv erted data. A xon does not prov i de ongoi ng mai ntenance of the conv erted d ata.

3.4 LEGACY SOFTWARE UPDATES

4. PROJECT MANAGEMENT
4.1 MANAGEMENT RESOURCES

4.2 REQUIREMENTS PLANNING

Once the agency and A xon agree on al l requi rements, A xon’ s p ro je ct m anager work s wit h the a g e n c y ’s p ro je ct m anager to dev el op a p ro je ct p l an for A xon’ s i mpl ementati on.
4.3 CHANGE CONTROL
I f any changes i n the p roj ect cause a materi al i ncrease or decrease i n f ees , as determi ned by A xon, an adj ustment i n the fe es wi l l be agreed upon between the a gency and A xon. All PCO fo rm s must be approv ed and si gned by the a gency authori ty (A ttachment_ B ).
Th e a gency acknowl edges a proposed change request mi ght hav e an i mpact on both schedul i ng and cost f or the p ro je ct th a t will b e o u tlin e d i n the PC O f orm.
4.4 PROJECT METHODOLOGY
A xon uti l i zes a hy bri d approach to proj ect mana ge m e n t, u tilizin g aspects of both A gi l e and W aterfal l methodol ogi es. W e use W aterf al l for th e o ve ra ll p ro je ct, wit h re s p e ct to m a jo r m ile s to n e s . We u tilize Agile duri ng the confi gurati on and bui l d phases of the proj ect.
4.5 MILESTONE COMPLETION REPORT (MCR)
