RESOLUTION NO. 2023-XX
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FULLERTON, CALIFORNIA, RESCINDING THE EARLY MORNING
PARKING RESTRICTION ON BOTH SIDES AMERIGE AVENUE
BETWEEN ROOSEVELT AV ENUE AND WOODS AVENUE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON RESOLVES A S FOLLOWS:
1. City Council declares both sides of Amerige Avenue, between Roosevelt Avenue and Woods A venue, as shown in Exhibit A, exempted from Fullerton Municipal Code Section 8.44.080 prohibition.
2. City Council directs the City Engineer to install legible signing as required by law giving notice of exceptions at said locations.
3. Fullerton Municipal Code Section 8.44.080 provisions shall not be in force when the City has placed signs agiving notice of exceptions.
