RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FULLERTON, CALIFORNIA, RESCINDING THE
“EARLY MORNING PARKING” RESTRICTION ON BOTH
SIDES OF WILSHIRE AVENUE BETWEEN WOODS
AVENUE AND DRAKE AVENUE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
1. That both sides of Wilshire Avenue, between Woods Avenue and Drake Avenue, as shown in Exhibit “A”, are hereby declared to be exempted from the prohibition of
Fullerton Municipal Code Section 8.44.080.
2. That the City Engineer is hereby directed to install legible signing as required by law giving notice of exceptions at said location.
3. When signs are in place giving notice of exceptions, the provisions of Section 8.44.080 of the Fullerton Municipal Code shall not be in force.
