General Qualifications:
All pricing Includes Prevailing Wage Rates and submission of Certified Payroll Documents. The Cost of Payment and Performance Bonds are included in this Proposal. The Full Cost of these items is included in the Lump Sum Total. Due to the Project Cost the Bond Rate for any added Work up until a Total Contract Price of $125,000.00 is reached shall be 2.5%. All Change Orders for Additional Work shall carry a charge of 2.5% for the added Bond Premium.

Exclusions (Unless Specifically Included Above):
Creation and/or Submission of Permitting Documents, Permit Fee’s, Structural Framing, Steel to Steel Connections, Aluminum and Hollow Metal Doors/Windows & Hardware, New Architectural Woodwork, Structural Steel of any kind, Faux Finishing of any work, Sheet Metal Flashings, Hollow Metal Studs, Moment Frames, Lath and Paper, Drywall and Plaster Work, Cabinets/Millworks, Production of Construction Documents, Architectural and/or Engineering Services, Professional Services, Hazardous Materials Abatement, Sanding and Feather Edging of Lead Based Paints, Low Voltage Wiring, Fire Sprinklers, Fire Alarm, Electronic Hardware, Mag Locks and Electronic Locking Devices including Conduits and Raceways, Unforeseen Conditions, Environmental Surveying, Pest Control Devices, Landscape and Irrigation, Correction of Existing Non- Conforming Installations not Specifically indicated within the Contract Documents / Including any work related to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) that does not conform and is not specifically identified in the Scope of Work, Lifting/Leveling of Structure, Fee’s to any Local, State or Federal Jurisdiction, Property Taxes or Assessments, Cost of Deputy/Special Inspections, Overtime and Off Hour Rates are Excluded and upon request the Off Hour and OT Premium shall be Invoiced at the Rate Established by CA-DIR, Security Services of any Kind.
Oak Hollow Restoration, Inc. respectfully submits this proposal and agrees to provide all labor, materials, equipment and appurtenances as required for the diligent prosecution of all work as described above for the Sum as stated above.
It is understood that time is of the essence and the Project will be staffed adequately for the timely prosecution of work. Upon acceptance of this Proposal a Mobilization Fee will be Paid by the Customer and Monthly Payments will be made by the Customer to Oak Hollow Restoration for the actual percentage of work complete. Payments shall be made within 30 days of invoice submission, late payments shall accrue the maximum amount of interest as permitted by the State of California Business Professions Code.
