Attached, I have included the documentation for the Board actions and the master claim form with instructions. Please note that it is expected that the award will be expended and claimed within 18 months (December 2024).

The Prop 69 Committee has completed their review of the Funding Requests received. The total amount of the requests exceeded the available funding for the 2022 allocation. As such, each request was carefully discussed with a focus on innovation and the benefit to the overall DNA program in Orange County.
