SUMMARY
Staff requests City Council make an at-large appointment for an unscheduled vacancy on the Parks and Recreation Commission.
RECOMMENDATION
Interview Panel make recommendation for appointment to fill an unscheduled vacancy on the Parks and Recreation Commission with term ending December 31, 2025.
City Council ratify appointment.
CITY MANAGER REMARKS
The City Manager request the City Council appoint an at-large appointment.

DISCUSSION
The Parks and Recreation Commission has an unscheduled vacancy for a partial term ending December 31, 2025. A panel of the Mayor, one Council Member and Chair (or designee) of the committee interviews applicants and makes recommendations to City Council for appointment to vacant seats.
The City Clerk’s Office has posted the legally required vacancy notice and requests City Council make the at-large appointment.
The City Clerk’s Office has forwarded copies of the committee applications received to City Council. cc: City Manager Eric J. Levitt
