SUBJECT: CITY OF FULLERTON COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 3 (THE PINES AT SUNRISE VILLAGE) TAX LEVY – SECOND READING OF ORDINANCE
SUMMARY
City Council introduced the first reading of an ordinance to levy taxes within the City of Fullerton Community Facilities District No. 3 (The Pines at Sunrise Village) during the August 15, 2023 City Council meeting. City Council may adopt the ordinance following the second reading.
RECOMMENDATION
Adopt Ordinance No. 3324.

DISCUSSION
City Council introduced Ordinance No. 3324 for first reading by title only and waived further reading of the ordinance by a 4 – 1 vote (Opposed: Whitaker) at its August 15, 2023 meeting. The recommended action would adopt the previously introduced ordinance. The ordinance would take effect 30 days from the date of City Council adoption.
