• New Executive level classification
• Control Point $140,396 with a minimum of $112,317 and maximum of $168,475; annualized cost - $226,800 included in approved FY 2023-24 budget
• 2022 – an assessment of operations found a need for another upper management position to oversee Maintenance Services sections:
Landscape and Trees, Streets, Building and Facilities, Sewer, Water, Equipment, and other functional areas
Recommendations
• Adopt the following resolutions:

CLASS SPECIFICATION IN THE PERSONNEL CLASSIFICATION PLAN
