Proposed Resolutions Relating to Administrative Services Reorganization and Related Classifications City of Fullerton

Background – Resolution Relating to Administrative Services Reorganization and Related Classifications ASD is undergoing implementation of new Tyler Munis Enterprise Planning software billing and cashiering applications.
These changes will result in a realignment of functional operations.
ASD evaluated staffing resources to ensure a continuity of services as well as staff development and retention.
Establishment of four new positions:
Deputy Director of Administrative Services (Executive)
Purchasing Supervisor (Fullerton Management Association) Business Registration Supervisor (Fullerton Management Association) Accounting Technician (Fullerton Municipal Employees Federation)
Background – Resolution Relating to Administrative Services Reorganization and Related Classifications Revision and retitling of Revenue Manager to Revenue Operations Manager and Customer Service Representative to Customer Service Representative Series Revised Budget and Purchasing Manager, Buyer Series, and Payroll Technician Series Net decrease of 1 FTE from FY 2022-23 to 2023-24
Anticipated savings of approximately $40,000 in FY 2023-24

Adopt the following resolution:
