SiFi Networks owns the fiber optic facilities. For this project, SiFi Networks has the right to either repair damage at their cost (Base Bid); or choose the Replacement Bid prices and therefore require the Contractor to be responsible to protect the fiber optic and costs to repair any damage. See project plans and specifications for information.
Unit prices are required for all bid items.
The Bidder shall total their bid. Unit prices shall prevail in case amount disagrees with extension.
Changes to either Unit Price or Amount shall be striked-out and initialed.

For all work required and shown on the construction plans and specifications for which no specific bid item or price is listed in the bid schedule, it shall be understood that such work, equipment, labor, tools, and materials shall be provided as part of the listed bid items and no additional compensation will be paid therefor.
If the City determines that any of the unit bid prices are significantly unbalanced to the potential detriment of the City, the bid may be considered non-responsive.
