RESOLUTION NO. 2023-XXX
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING A DISABLED PERSON PARKING ZONE AT 2533 FLOWER AVENUE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the property owner applied for Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) parking adjacent to their property.
2. Staff review the request, verified for compliance and confirmed the necessity for ADA parking.
3. The Transportation and Circulation Commission considered the request on September 14, 2023.
4. City Council declares the north side of Flower Avenue in front of 2533 Flower Avenue, as shown in Exhibit A, limited to the parking for disabled person vehicles.
City Council directs the Public Works Director to install signs and blue-painted curb giving notice of the restriction at the location.
The property owner(s) shall notify the City to remove the restriction when no longer in use by residents at the address.
