RESOLUTION NO. 2023-XXX
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING A DISABLED PERSON PARKING ZONE AT 437 - 443 WEST VALENCIA AVENUE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
The property owner requested Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) parking adjacent to their property.
Staff reviewed the request, verified for compliance and confirmed the necessity for ADA parking.
The Transportation and Circulation Commission approved the request on September 14, 2023.
City Council declares the north side of West Valencia Drive in front of 437 - 443 West Valencia Drive, as shown in Exhibit A, limited to parking for disabled person vehicles.
City Council directs the Public Works Director to install signs and blue-painted curb giving notice of the restriction at the location.
The property owner(s) shall notify the City to remove the restriction when no longer in use by residents at the address.
