RESOLUTION NO. 2023-XXX
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON, CALIFORNIA, RESCINDING THE EARLY MORNING PARKING RESTRICTION ON THE WEST SIDE OF VALWOOD DRIVE BETWEEN LONGVIEW DRIVE AND 400-FEET NORTHERLY THEREOF AT THE FIRST DRIVEWAY NORTH OF LONGVIEW DRIVE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
City Council declares he west side of Valwood Drive between Longview Drive and approximately 400-feet northerly thereof at the first driveway north of Longview Drive, as shown in Exhibit A, exempted from Fullerton Municipal Code Section 8.44.080 prohibitions.
City Council directs the City Engineer to install legible signing as required by law giving notice of exceptions at said locations.
Fullerton Municipal Code Section 8.44.080 provisions shall not be in force when the City has placed signs giving notice of exceptions.
