RESOLUTION NO. 2023-XXX
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON, CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AGREEMENTS WITH THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR THE FULLERTON TRANSIT STATION ENHANCEMENT PROJECT WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fullerton may receive State funding for certain transportation related work through the California Department of Transportation.
WHEREAS, the City needs to execute a Restricted Grant Agreement with the California Department of Transportation before claiming funds through the Clean California Transit Grant Program.
WHEREAS, if the City of Fullerton wishes to delegate authority to execute these agreements and any amendments thereto, it may do so as necessary.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
In all respects as set forth in the Recitals of this Resolution.
City of Fullerton Authorizes the City Manager, or designee, to execute all Restricted Grant Agreements and any amendments thereto with the California Department of Transportation.
