SUBJECT: ADMINISTRATIVE CITATION FEE AMENDMENT – SECOND READING OF ORDINANCE
SUMMARY
City Council introduced the first reading of an ordinance to amend Fullerton Municipal Code Title 1 (Administrative Citations) to provide more effective code enforcement and implement changes from California Senate Bills 60 and 427 during the December 19, 2023 City Council meeting. City Council may adopt the ordinance following second reading.
RECOMMENDATION
Adopt Ordinance No. 3329.

DISCUSSION
City Council introduced Ordinance No. 3329 for first reading by title only and waived further reading of the ordinance by a 4 – 0 – 1 (Absent: Jung) vote at its December 19, 2023 meeting. The recommended action would adopt the previously introduced ordinance. The ordinance would take effect 30 days from the date of City Council adoption.
