SUMMARY
City Council annually reviews its Rules of Procedure and Decorum for City Council Meetings and considers adjustments to the Rules of Procedure for future City Council meetings.
RECOMMENDATION
Provide staff direction for changes to the resolution, otherwise, receive and file.

DISCUSSION
City Council annually reviews its Rules of Procedure and Decorum for City Council Meetings and considers adjustments to the Rules of Procedure for future City Council meetings.
City Council adopted the most recent Rules of Procedure and Decorum with Resolution No. 2023-020 on April 4, 2023. The Rules of Procedure and Decorum clarify procedural rules for City Council meeting conduct in the following areas:
