For all work required and shown on the construction plans and specifications for which no specific bid item or price is listed in the bid schedule, it shall be understood that such work, equipment, labor, tools, and materials shall be provided as part of the listed bid items and no additional compensation will be paid therefor.
If the City determines that any of the unit bid prices are significantly unbalanced to the potential detriment of the City, the bid may be considered non-responsive.
