A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A
SUMMARY VACATION ABANDONING
7,705 SQUARE FEET OF SURPLUS STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY OVER
A PORTION OF
TRUSLOW AVENUE THAT WAS REALIGNED AS A
PART OF THE RAYMOND AVENUE GRADE SEPARATION PROJECT

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
1. City Council makes this vacation pursuant to Streets and Highways Code Division 3, PPart 3,, Chapter 4,,Sections 8334 through 8336.
2. The easement for roadway and public utilities to v acate is a portion of Truslow Avenue (APN 033-192-14) described as Parcel A in the Gr ant of E asement recorded September 19, 1967 in Official Records of Orange County. California, Book 8380, Pages 715 through 717 and more particularly described in Exhibit A, Exhibit B and by reference made a part hereof.
3. The easement to vacate des cribed in Attachment 1 within the property shown on Exhibit B is in excess of the City’s need for easement for roadway (street right-of-way) and public utilities pur poses. The City no longer uses the roadway and removed and relocated roadway improvements and utilities.
4. Said easement within the property as described in Exhibit A and s hown on Exhibit B is vacated from and after the recorded date of this resolution and no longer constitutes a public street, right-of-way, highway, public service or public utility easement.
5. The City Clerk shall record a certified copy of the resolution of vacation, attested by the City Clerk under seal, without acknowledgment, certificate of acknowledgment or further proof in the office of the county recorder. The vacation is complete upon recordation.
