A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FULLERTON, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
A SUMMARY
VACATION ABANDONING A 1,440-SQUARE- FOOT PORTION
OF
THE PUBLIC ALLEY LOCATED EAST OF SOUTH
RAYMOND AVENUE AND NORTH OF ASH AVENUE
REALIGNED AS
PART OF THE RAYMOND AVENUE GRADE
SEPARATION PROJECT

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
1. City Council makes this vacation pursuant to Streets and Highways Code Division 3, Part 3, Chapter 4, Sections 8334 through 8336.
2. The easement for right-of-way and public utility purposes to vacate is a portion of the alley (APN 033-230-06) shown in the Office of the County Recorder of Orange County, California, Tract No. 1708, recorded in Book 50, Miscellaneous Maps Page 7 and m ore particularly described in Exhibit A (attached) and shown on Exhibit B and by reference made a part hereof.
3. The easement to vacate within the property described Exhibit A and shown on Exhibit B is in excess of the City’s need for easement for alley right-of-way and public utility pur poses. The City no longer uses the alley and removed and/or relocated improvements and utilities.
4. Said eas ement within the property as described in Exhibit A and shown on Exhibit B is vacated from and after the recording date of this resolution and no longer constitutes a public alley.
5. The City Clerk shall record a certified c opy of the resolution of vacation, attested by the City Clerk under seal, without acknowledgment, certificate of acknowledgment or further proof in the office of the county recorder. The vacation is complete upon recordation.
