An easement for public road, street right-of-way , and utility purposes and all other uses appurtenant thereto, in, on, over, under, and throu gh the real property in the City of Fullerton, County of Orange, State of California described in Exhibit "A" and shown on Exhibit “B”, attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof.
2. Valencia Connector, a segment of dedicated easem ent between South Raymond Avenue and East Valencia Drive, was declared a new street East Valencia Way (City Council Resolution No. 2023-088).
