CITY OF FULLERTON
AMENDMENT NUMBER FOUR TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH
EXECUTIVE EVENT SERVICES
THIS AMENDMENT NUMBER FIVE ("Amendment") to the Professional Services Agreement is made and entered on this day of February. 2024 ("Effective Date"). by and between the CITY OF FULLERTON ("City"). and EXECUTIVE EVENT SERVICES. LLC. a California limited liability company. ("Contractor").
RECITALS
A. On November 20. 2018. the City and Contractor entered into a Professional Services Agreement (Agreement") for the provision of security services at certain City facilities.
B. The City and Contractor have entered into Amendments One. Two. Three, and Four increasing the scope of services and exercising all options to renew the term; and C. City has and/or intends to issue a Request for Proposals for a new agreement which requires preparation. time to solicit proposals. and time to review and award a new contract and therefore City desires to extend the term of this Agreement to provide City the time required.
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants and conditions contained herein. the parties hereby agree to amend the Agreement as follows:
1. The term of the Agreement is extended to May 31. 2024.
Contractor shall continue to be compensated at the rates in place as of the Effective Date of this Amendment.
All terms not defined herein shall have the same meaning and use as set forth in the Agreement. as amended.
Except as set forth in this Amendment. all terms and provisions of the Agreement and all amendments shall remain in full force and effect.
This Amendment may be executed in one or more counterparts. each of which shall be deemed an original. All counterparts shall be construed together and shall constitute one Agreement together with the Agreement. Amendment Number One. and this Amendment.
