RESOLUTION NO. 2024-XXX
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON, CALIFORNIA, DESIGNATING THE WEST SIDE OF POMONA AVENUE, BETWEEN AMERIGE AVENUE AND WILSHIRE AVENUE, AS THREE-HOUR PARKING BETWEEN 7:00 A.M. AND 6:00 P.M., SUNDAY AND HOLIDAYS EXEMPT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
1. The property owner at 211 North Pomona Avenue applied for three-hour parking on the west side of Pomona Avenue between Amerige Avenue and Wilshire Avenue.
2. The Transportation and Circulation Commission considered the request on January 22, 2024.
3. The City designates the west side of Pomona Avenue, between Amerige Avenue and Wilshire Avenue, as three-hour parking between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Sunday and Holidays exempt, as shown in Attachment 1.
4. City Council directs the Director of Public Works install signs giving notice of the restriction at said location.
5. This resolution repeals the portion of Resolution No. 4792, dated April 2, 1968, pertaining to two-hour parking.
