SUMMARY
City Council introduced the first reading of an ordinance to update Municipal Code sections pertaining to Flood Zone Development during the February 20, 2024 City Council meeting. City Council may adopt the ordinance following second reading.

DISCUSSION
City Council introduced Ordinance No. 3330 for first reading by title only and waived further reading of the ordinance by unanimous vote at its February 20, 2024 meeting. The recommended action would adopt the introduced ordinance. The ordinance would take effect 30 days from the date of City Council adoption.
