BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION
Titan joined the Fullerton Police Department in 2017, paired with Corporal Matt Green as his Canine Handler. Titan deployed over 700 times, seizing hundreds of pounds of narcotics and hundreds of thousands of dollars related to narcotics and had over 150 surrenders, and numerous felony apprehensions. K-9 Titan also served as an ambassador for the Fullerton Police Department, participating in community programs such as National Night Out and OC GRIP, as well as other presentations and demonstrations for the Fullerton Citizen Police Academy, Cookies and Canines, Fullerton Police Department annual Open House and both the Orange County and Fullerton Police Canine Associations.

K-9 Titan and his handler have been an incredible asset to the Fullerton Police Department. Their partnership created a bond that honed both of their skills as police officers and a canine team. Titan will live out his retirement with Corporal Green upon transfer of ownership from the Fullerton Police Canine Foundation. cc: City Manager Eric J. Levitt
