RESOLUTION NO. 2024-XXX
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON, CALIFORNIA, PAYING AND REPORTING EMPLOYER PAID MEMBER CONTRIBUTION VALUE FOR THE EXECUTIVE UNIT WHEREAS, the governing body of the City of Fullerton has the authority to implement Government Code Section 20636(c) (4) pursuant to Section 20691.
WHEREAS, the governing body of the City of Fullerton has a written labor policy or agreement specifically providing for the normal member contributions paid by the employer and reported as additional compensation.
WHEREAS, the governing body of the City of Fullerton must adopt a resolution to commence paying and reporting the value of Employer Paid Member Contributions (EPMC) to implement Section 20691.
WHEREAS, the governing body of the City of Fullerton identified conditions its election to pay EPMC.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
This benefit applies to all Miscellaneous Members in the Executive Unit.
This benefit pays the following percentages of the normal contributions as EPMC and reporting the same percentage of compensation earnable* {excluding Government Code Section 20636(c)(4)} as additional compensation:
May 14, 2022 0.00%.
* EPMC payment and reporting the value of EPMC on compensation earnable is on pay rate and special compensation except special compensation delineated in Government Code Section 20636(c)(4) which is the monetary value of EPMC on compensation earnable.
This resolution supersedes Resolution No. 2022-043.
