Background – Resolution Relating to Revised Salary Control Point for Fire Chief Revise Executive resolution to adjust the control point for the classification of Fire Chief – increase of 5.197% Establishes the Fire Chief salary range at 12.5% above salary range of Deputy Fire Chief Future salary increases are commensurate with the Fullerton Fire Management Association (4%/3%/3%) Revise salary numbering structure to add the new Fire Chief range – no changes to other control points
Recommendations
Adopt the following resolution:
RESOLUTION NO. 2024-XXX – A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON, CALIFORNIA, RELATING TO COMPENSATION FOR EXECUTIVE EMPLOYEES AND SUPERSEDING RESOLUTION NO. 2023-068
