The following documents make up the Budget Study Session agenda packet with each document providing support for the budget message presented this evening.
FY 2024-25 Proposed Fiscal Year (FY) 2024-25 Budget Preview memo submitted to City Council on April 17, 2024.

FY 2024-25 Budget Recommendations which have been incorporated in the Proposed Budget Alternative Budget Options which have not been incorporated in the Proposed Budget General Fund Five-Year Financial Forecast
The memo provides an overview of the intentional decisions and thought behind development of the Proposed Budget and includes the materials presented at the community budget meeting held on April 17, 2024.
The study session materials expand on the information presented in the memo. Discussion of General Fund proposed budget is more fully expanded along with the total all city funds and the capital improvement program proposed budgets.
The Budget Recommendations attachment includes enhancements that have been incorporated in the Proposed Budget.
The Alternative Budget Options attachment includes other department requests which merit City Council evaluation, but given the current fiscal constraints, are not included in the Proposed Budget.
