RESOLUTION NO. 2024-XXX
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON, CALIFORNIA, RESCINDING THE EARLY MORNING PARKING RESTRICTION ON THE WEST SIDE OF CARHART AVENUE BETWEEN MALVERN AVENUE AND THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE OF 717 CARHART AVENUE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
City Council declares the west side of Carhart Avenue between Malvern Avenue and the north property line of 717 Carhart Avenue, as shown in Exhibit A, exempt from the Fullerton Municipal Code Section 8.44.080 prohibition.
City Council directs the City Engineer to install legible signing as required by law giving notice of exceptions at said locations.
The provisions of Fullerton Municipal Code Section 8.44.080 provisions shall not be in force when the City has signs in place giving notice of exceptions.
