The CITY OF FULLERTON, in its capacity as the successor-in-interest to the PARKING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON, a dissolved public agency pursuant to Fullerton City Council Resolution No. 2015-44 ("Grantor"), for and in consideration of mutual benefits does hereby grant, remise, convey, assign and forever quitclaim to the CITY OF FULLERTON, A CALIFORNIA MUNICIPAL CORPORATION ("Grantee"), all the rights, title, interest, in and to the property located within the boundaries of 230 E. Chapman Avenue in the City of Fullerton, County of Orange County, State of California, which are described as follows:

GRANTOR, for itself, its successors, and assigns, covenants with the Grantee and its successors, and assigns, that it has the right to convey the described property.
