RESOLUTION NO. 2024-XXX
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FULLERTON, CALIFORNIA, DESIGNATING THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE
EAST/WEST ALLEY, SOUTH OF WALNUT AVENUE AND EAST OF
HIGHLAND AVENUE, AS A PLACE WHERE PARKING IS PROHIBITED BETWEEN 2:00AM AND 5:00AM
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FULLERTON RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
1. The Transportation and Circulation Commission (TCC) considered long-term parking in the east / west alley south of Walnut Avenue and east of Highland Avenue on June 3, 2024.
TCC recommended City Council prohibit parking in this area between 2:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m.
2. The City prohibits parkng on the south side of the east / west alley, south of Walnut Avenue and east of Highland Avenue, as shown in Exhibit A attached, between 2:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m.
3. City Council directs the Director of Public Works install signs giving notice of the restriction at said location.
