Recommendation
Approve suspension of street sweeping parking enforcement once sign replacement begins (roughly February 2025). Reinitiate enforcement once all signs are installed. Issue warnings for the first month of enforcement prior to issuing citations.

Approve in-house installation of the street sweeping signage with possible use of overtime to expedite the implementation of the new operation.

Authorize staff to proceed with the street sweeping signage replacement project with the understanding this project will potentially require the use of General Funds.
