SUMMARY
City Council continued this item to consider Fullerton Municipal Code (FMC) Title 15 Zoning amendments related to tattoo parlor regulations on November 19, 2024 to this meeting.
PROPOSED MOTION
Introduce Ordinance No. XXXX for first reading by title only and waive further reading of the ordinance.

BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION
City Council continued this item to November 19, 2024 during the October 15, 2024 meeting. City Council continued the item again on November 19 2024 to the December 3, 2024 meeting at 5:30 p.m. in the Fullerton Council Chamber. Staff included the October 15, 2024 agenda report (Attachment 2) which contains analysis for the proposed amendments.
The recommended action is exempt from further review pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3) as the commonsense exemption covers this action that CEQA applies to projects with potential to cause a environmental significant effect.
