SUMMARY
City Council annually reviews the Rules of Procedure and Decorum for City Council Meetings and considers adjustments to the Rules of Procedure for future City Council meetings.

BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION
City Council reviews the Rules of Procedure and Decorum for City Council Meetings annually and considers adjustments to the Rules of Procedure for future City Council meetings.
City Council adopted the most recent Rules of Procedure and Decorum with Resolution No. 2023-020 on April 4, 2023. The Rules of Procedure and Decorum clarify procedural rules for conducting City Council meetings in the following areas:

Item 18: added public hearing format outline
